I paid with PayPal and did not receive an order confirmation.

If you pay with PayPal, you will not receive an order confirmation by e-mail from us, but rather a confirmation of the payment from PayPal.

Please also make sure that your current and correct address is indicated on the PayPal payment, as we use this information for processing the order. Common delivery issues stem from no street number / postcode having been provided.
